Entry to 13 Axes is at the discretion of management and is dependant on the following requirements.

  • Entry is strictly for 12+ (with an accompanying adult) only.
  • Please also note, ENCLOSED SHOES MUST BE WORN – No entry will be granted unless you are wearing enclosed footwear

  • We have the right to refuse entry.
  • If you are feeling UNWELL, or have COVID-19 symptoms, please DO NOT ENTER. 
  • Staff at this venue have the right to refuse entry or service at their own discretion.
  • Please note – Due to the nature of the activities at 13 Axes children under 12years old are not permitted to enter the venue.
  • No discussion will be entered into regarding this topic.
  • This is a directive from our Insurance Company and no exceptions will or can be made.
  • Under 12’s are not permitted to enter the venue past the foyer whilst axes are on the floor.
  • If you have made a booking and any of your participants are under 12 years old, your session fees will be forfeited and your booking will be cancelled. 
  • We make every effort to ensure everyone is aware of the age limits applicable, and if you have still proceeded with your booking after ticking all the boxes advising of our age limits, your session fees will be forfeited.

  • Conditions of Participating in Activities at 13 Axes. 
  • All persons entering 13 Axes venue, both participating in throwing and or spectating are required to sign a waiver before entry will be allowed. 
  • Our age limits are 18+ and minors between 12 & 17  can attend and throw, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian must be present for and the complete duration of the session. The parent or legal guardian must also sign a Minors waiver before participation will be allowed.
  • Enclosed footwear is necessary for participation. Absolutely no exceptions will be made, shoes must be completely enclosed. 
  • 13 Axes staff reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated persons. We have a zero-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol and our decisions are absolute and final. 
  • Breath testing will be necessary if we feel you are intoxicated, and your session will be forfeited, and no refund provided. 
  • Our venue is a strictly NO SMOKING and NO VAPING venue. If you are found smoking OR vaping within the venue, the adjoining driveways or front yard, you will be asked to leave, your session will be forfeited, and absolutely NO refund will be provided. If you are wanting to smoke or vape before, during or after your session, you must be outside of the front entry gates.

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that as session spaces are limited and there can be longer than usual wait times to book, we must maintain a strict booking/cancellation policy so as to limit cancellations that stop other guests from being able to book and enjoy our sessions.
13 Axes cancellation policy is non-negotiable, and forms part of our terms of purchase. All session purchases are non refundable. Change of date and rebooking may be available subject to availability and is at the discretion of 13 Axes solely.

Cancellation of booking and no shows are non-refundable and will be charged at the full price of your booking.
If your cancellation is made within 30 days of booking, change of date may be available subject to availability only.
Cancellation on day of booking and no shows are non-refundable and will be charged at the full price of your booking. No change of date or rebook is available for cancellations and no shows on day of booking.

Please note that during peak times, change of date may not be possible.

 

 

VIP Throwing Pass Terms & Conditions
  • VIP Throwing Pass is valid at 13 Axes Australia Cleveland only.
  • To be redeemed as $10 off a standard priced throwing session with no further discounts applied.
  • Each VIP Throwing Pass is valid for 10 sessions only.
  • VIP Throwing Pass should be treated as cash.
  • Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen throwing pass’s will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
  • VIP Throwing Pass cannot be used for party or session booking deposits, to purchase gift vouchers or to acquire 13 Axes Axe Throwing Australia merchandise or other in store offerings.
Throwing Passes are not redeemable for cash, cannot be re-sold and cannot be reloaded.
13 Axes Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
  • 13 Axes Gift Vouchers are to be redeemed on axe throwing sessions only.
  • Treat vouchers like cash.Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
  • The credit balance on this voucher is redeemable for throwing sessions at 13 Axes Cleveland Australia only.
  • Vouchers cannot be used for birthday party deposits, to purchase gift vouchers or to acquire 13 Axes merchandise or other in store offerings. This voucher is not redeemable for cash, cannot be re-sold and cannot be reloaded.
  • No change will be given but any remaining balance may be applied to future purchases.
Gift vouchers will expire 3 years  from date of issue, at which time any unused balance will be forfeited.
